Cliffside Inn has again been named one of "The Great Tea Rooms of America" by international tea expert and author Bruce Richardson, and is featured in the just-released fourth edition of "THE GREAT TEA ROOMS OF AMERICA." Cliffside's Legendary Newport Tea Service is one of only 20 in North Americato be selected and is one of only two in New England. High end, luxury travel newsletter The Discerning Traveler checked into Newport for its Summer edition, and found Abigail Stoneman Inn and Cliffside Inn, two of its favorite discerning destination discoveries. The Legendary Inns was the only group with multiple property picks by editors Linda and David Glickstein. They were especially taken by the Abigail's one-of-a-kind services, including the bath butler soap collection, water bar, and pillow menu. The Traveler showcased Above and Beyond and Vanity Fair suites. At Cliffside Inn, the Glickstein's featured the Garden Suite, Governor's Suite and Cliff Suite, among other room picks.
